Open Source India(OSI) 2019 & Mydbops

Since three years of our entity’s progression, Mydbops IT Solutions, Bangalore, have been an active participant of Open Source India (OSI) conference, conducted by Open Source For You Magazine which is part of EFY Group, New Delhi.

This annual event is an attempt by the team at Open Source For You magazine in partnership with India’s Open Source community and industry—to bring various stake-holders under one roof. The mission of OSI is simple—to accelerate development and deployment of Open Source in India, and beyond.

This year our floor presence has been shifted to the Entry Bay itself, contrasting from our previous presence at the sides of an Auditorium. This position is alongside the IT bigwig like, Microsoft. This development, show cases strides made in the past three years of our advancement, serving valuable clients across industries in general. This movement for better visibility of brand Mydbops is an invitation in itself, for the open source community to visit us at Open Source India(OSI) Conference on 17th & 18th October, 2019.

Like all the three years of our participation, we have our presence in the knowledge sharing sessions. This feature has been most sought after by the tech participants. The knowledge-seeking-participants look forward for the knowledge being shared by the speakers from our stead. As we share our challenges, innovations and first-hand-experiences gained through our clients. These sharing would be in the form of case study presentation, which makes the understanding easy for knowledge seekers at any level.

This time, it is Mr.Vinoth Kanna, Principle Database Architect, who would be delivering a hands-on-experienced speech on “Scaling ProxySQL for High Concurrency”. The speech will revolve around the era of database load balancers, the adoption of ProxySQL for its robust implementation, query cache, query statistics, query audit logging etc., The participants could also hope for the speaker the focus on performance optimization and challenges in ProxySQL, when scaling highly concurrent connections. This year’s case study is going to highlight the team’s high risk activity of scaling 10,000+ concurrent connections without performance penalties to one of the leading fin corp company in India.

We look forward to meeting up with all our friends in Database Community in particular and IT companies in general during the OSI2019 Conference at NIMHANS Convention Centre, Bangalore between Thu, 17th and Fri, 18th Oct, 2019.

We have exciting other activities for a knowledgeable and for mutually beneficial activities lined up at our space. Be insistent to discuss about our S-E-P-S Framework when meeting us at OSI2019, Bangalore, INDIA.
